Glass Bonding Quality Control System

In automobile factories, the front windshields of vehicles are adhered to the vehicle body using a special adhesive. If the adhesive, which has a specific temperature, does not spread evenly on the surface, gaps may form between the front windshield and the body, leading to issues such as water leakage in the vehicle.

The control system developed by our company captures the image of the front windshield prepared for bonding using a thermal camera. It performs the check to see whether the adhesive spreads evenly or not with our proprietary image processing method.
